FAQs
Disclaimer: FAQs are prepared with our general policies - however, given that our events take place in unique locations, it is possible that some variances may occur. For each festival, we post a Know Before You Go guide the week of - which will clarify the final details for an event. Use this guide for planning, but be sure to check back and refer to the know before you go guide before arriving at the event.
TICKETING & ENTRY
Where should I buy tickets?
Tickets should be purchased through our official ticketing partner POSH. You can also purchase tickets through the Dice App. Any other ticketing channels besides POSH or Dice are illegitimate.
Tickets for all events can be found on our events page here.
Can I pick up my wristband early?
Wristbands cannot be picked up early. Wristbands are provided upon arrival to the event at the moment your ticket is scanned. You must enter the event immediately after you are wristbanded.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
You may inquire online in advance by emailing us at community@webelonghere.world or at the box office during event hours. Availability is not guaranteed and upgrades cannot always be processed for a variety of reasons, but we will do our best to get you the ticket type you are hoping to upgrade to if there is still availability.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
If you are not arriving with the original purchaser, you may be asked to show a photo of the purchaser’s ID or use the official transfer tools provided by our ticketing partners (if available for that event).
All-Weekend tickets may not be transferred once they are activated. An All-Weekend ticket is only valid for one person, regardless of how many days they are able to or plan to attend the event.
How do I know which day my ticket is valid for?
Please refer to your confirmation email from our official ticketing partner POSH or Dice. The attached ticket receipt PDF will indicate the day your ticket is valid for in the title of the ticket.
Example: Gold Admission - Sunday Only - First Release
Important: For multi-day festivals, the date printed on your ticket may show the first day the festival begins (e.g., Saturday, December 27th), even if you purchased a single-day ticket for a later day (e.g., Sunday, December 28th). Always refer to the ticket title to confirm which specific day(s) your ticket grants access to.
Are weekend / multi-day wristbands replaceable, or transferrable once activated?
If you are issued a wristband for multi-day or all-weekend access, you must keep it on for the entire event. Lost or removed wristbands cannot be replaced, and you may be denied entry on the following days.
Once you activate your All-Weekend ticket, you may not transfer your wristband to another person, no matter what the circumstances. Even with a wristband on, you may be required to show your original ticket QR code and an ID with a matching name in order to enter the event.
Do not attempt to purchase a wristband and/or already activated ticket, as you will be denied entry.
Can I buy a ticket from someone else?
Tickets must have been originally purchased through Posh or Dice partners to be valid.
If you are buying a ticket second-hand, we strongly recommend verifying its validity with us before the event. If a resale ticket is found to be counterfeit at the door, we will not be able to accommodate entry.
Email us at community@webelonghere.world to verify a ticket’s legitimacy.
How do I resell my ticket, or buy a secondhand ticket if the event is sold out?
We facilitate an official waitlist on each event’s dedicated website. From there, you can follow the instructions to list your ticket for resale or join the waitlist to be notified if additional tickets become available. This is the best and only authorized way to resell and buy secondhand tickets, and we guarantee the authenticity of any tickets purchased through our official waitlist.
If you purchase a resold ticket in any other way and it is found to be counterfeit at the door, we will not be able to accommodate entry. Please be cautious of scammers.
All tickets must have been originally purchased through POSH (our official ticketing platform) or Dice to be valid.
