Our first year in Tampa Bay showed what this community can create when it comes together. We Belong Here takes a community-oriented approach to planning festivals by providing opportunities and a platform for local creativity to thrive. Returning for year two means opening up more of those opportunities to the people who make this place what it is. Whether you were on the grounds last year or you are just now finding us, there is a place for you in building it.
WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
GET INVOLVED AS A VOLUNTEER
For anyone who wants to help shape, build, and run the festival:
- Community crew: keep the community welcoming and inclusive.
- Street team: spread the word across your community.
- Greeters: set the tone from the moment guests arrive.
Artist Opportunities
- Visual artists: bring the grounds to life with art and installations.
- Musical artists: perform on a stage at the festival.
Work at the Festival
- ADA support: help every guest have an accessible experience.
- Help Desk: keep the weekend running smoothly for guests.
- Bar and hospitality: paid bartender and table service roles.
